Heliservicios Internacionales, S.A. de C.V. was founded in 1993 in the city of San Luis Potosí, S.L.P., Mexico, with the purpose of supporting the mining sector, heavy construction, power transmission line construction, and the oil sector in their geophysical studies. These industries required the transportation of machinery and equipment to remote and inaccessible locations by land in various exploration areas. Additionally, they needed components to build the necessary infrastructure to develop their projects.

Subsequently, the Training Department was established to specialize our pilots in various flight disciplines. Additionally, the Aerial Spraying Division was created to serve the diverse crops found in our country, as well as in Central and South America.

This company has provided mining support services in the states of Sonora, Chihuahua, and Durango, operating Bell 206 helicopters for personnel transport, camp relocation, food and water supply, fuel delivery, and cargo hook operations to transport various equipment and machinery—such as core drilling rigs, power generators, and tools—to locations inaccessible by land. Furthermore, it has conducted aeromagnetic surveys and airborne spectrometry for geophysical studies.
